Hey, umm, yeah I judged those mini banners of yours. Anyways I won't go in depth of why but I'll give a few comments. Please don't feel offended of course =] And Submission was closed a few days ago...sorry. You may hand in things earlier I don't mind it's just I won't post them up till the day. BTW, people are going to be voting for your layout...and I'm judging it too I decided so we'll see how things go you better put my button up for people to vote now. Shit, i totally forgot. Here's the image and it's due on the 17th. BTW the layouts were'nt all submited so I guess that's a forfeit.

Slipping Sanity Inc: 7/10
I like the animation, it caught my attention. But since it's black and white it looks a little plain. I could have been better.
Bright Star Designs: 9/10
I like the rounded edge and border xD =p I like the colouring too it too. Nicely done! Though I wouldn't have chosen that font.
Candy Coated Designs: 4/10
No offense, but did you just chuck some text on it? There's a border which always make things look good but your font is hard to read and doesn't match your image.
Rejected Cartoons: 7/10
Nice =] I like the stuff you put on there, it's nice. You could have played around with the font and add some effects but overall niceeee.
Secret Wishies: 8/10
So pretty! I like the image that you chose. I like how everything really sticks out to me. Purttty!
Azn Anime Angel 12: 6/10
You could have really used sharpen on the image. It was quite blurred to me. You could work on the text.
Neko Productions: 5/10
I like pokadots =p. LOL But it's quite plain overall. The animation is eye catching. Could have used some more brushes and textures.
Um yeah here it is. Anyways don't feel offended I know you guys can all create nice layouts so have fun =p

[Single contest]How the contest works: Three part contest! You will first created a small banner to represent your site. The size MUST BE 100x250. Thank you very much xD we will be judging this. Secondly make a LAYOUT of some sort. I recommend a DIV layer but custom modules are perfectly fine. You will be voted to what you have made. Second you will created a banner and icon with a picture that I ASSIGN you. Your graphic skill will be judged by me and another judge. =] The person who has the most points which will be given out depending what you are voted and judge on will win.
[Group contest]How this contest works: There will be a range of you from 2-4 that will be making a SET of layouts. Sorry if that sounds overwhelming xD and a mini banner size of 100x250 to represent yourself of course. You will be naming your group! =] You'll be making a skin, custom module, and a normal one. It's actually not that hard. Everything must be done EVENLY, no hogging or not doing anything. =] You will be choosing your own pngs and images...since finding them are so annoying xD Again you win with the most points!
Prizes for SINGLE contest:
First place: Layout of your choice, banner, icon, wall of fame, linkage from all my sites, respect and honor xD (unlimited amount of requesting to certain site for a week)
Second place: Banner, icon, button, linkage from all my sites.
Everyone else: Banner for participating.
Prizes for GROUP contest:
First place: Layout of your choice, banner, icon,wall of fame, linkage from all my sites, respect and honor. The prizes are PER person so the more people the more I have to make. (unlimited amount of requesting to a certain site for a week)
Second place: Banner, Icon, linkage from all my sites.
Everyone else: Banner for participating.
**Hopefully I found a site that can let you unlimitedly request for a week.

**Contest doesn't start till there are 5 people in single contest and 2 in group contest. Judging:
